These dragon leather boots are enchanted with the aspect of air, allowing the wearer to walk seemingly weightlessly and soundlessly light-footed across any solid or semi-solid surface. While wearing these boots a person can walk across the tops of deep snow, sinking sands, wet mud, dead leaves, thin ice, and other solid or semi-solid surfaces. They will leave only minor impressions and make little to no noise as they go. The boots shrink or expand to fit the person wearing them. They cannot be damaged by fire but submerging them in water will cause them to temporarily lose their aspect of air, becoming exceptionally heavy as if they were made of solid lead. Coyote footprints can be seen near where Christine finds these boots.
