Lauralae

Artifacts:
Vampir Dagger, Unlocked: A clipping of hair was taken by the merchant for this forbidden weapon. A dagger made of crimson dragon glass that never dulls or breaks. It is far heavier than a weapon of its size should be and feels like a greatsword in the hand. When left in the wound it creates its weight seems to grow with the blood it consumes. There's dark blood magic in this weapon.

Krimnosian Phoenix Dagger: Crafted by one of the skilled royal blacksmiths who make weapons for the Krimnos Knights. The dagger is perfectly balanced with an ebony wood hilt and a red leather grip. An enchantment on the phoenix dagger allows the blade to be lit by striking it against stone or touching it to fire, changing the blade from blackened silver to red. Krimnos' archers often use the daggers to light their arrows in battle or seal wounds.

Pirate's Puzzle Box, ???: The box can only be opened after 66 hours spent attempting to solve it (ex. 3 hours a day for 22 days). It finally opens beneath the direct noon sunlight, the box unfolding and falling flat as one solid piece. The pieces then seem to turn to sawdust, leaving only a small, wooden skull token behind. The act of opening it grants her the ability to understand all written languages.

Crimson Dragon Scale: The back of the scale has the alchemical symbol for water tattooed on it in black ink.

Abilities:
Transformation: Wolf Form: Lauralae can transform herself into the form of a wolf and hold this form for up to fourteen hours before exhaustion forces her to take her original form. As a wolf, Lauralae can consume the blood of a person or creature in her wolf form to prolong her transformation and provide her with a burst of added strength and ferocity. The eyes of her wolf form will change as her eyes would normally when tapping into her dhampir powers. The price of this boosted form comes at the cost of a fraction of her self control. She may be more impulsive and reckless after feeding her blood lust. As with any use of blood magic, this has addictive qualities.

Thymoeides Fervor: Moments of high emotion cause her to emanate cold into the air around her and things that she touches are covered in a very light layer of frost spreading out from the point of contact. Stronger emotions are accompanied by a stronger frost. With practice and careful control of her emotions, she discovers that she can focus the tendrils of cold into her hand, covering her hand with rolling blue plasma, a freezing cold liquid fire. She can throw this flame at enemies, causing points of contact to be coated in a solid layer of burning cold ice, impairing movement and leaving behind frost burns. By focusing on more positive emotions she can tame the flame into a faint blue glow on her palm. Contact with this softer, cooling ice flame can soothe minor injuries and physical pain.

Wild Leap:
In moments of heightened adrenaline Lauralae can now leap three times the distance she would normally be able to cover in a single jump, allowing her to clear wide distances or reach heights most people would not be able to. Wild Leap works in shifted forms as well. If Lauralae taps into her blood lust this changes to four times the distance she would normally be able to cover.

Animas Alterations:
Fear: After undergoing a harrowing trial Lauralae has become unconventionally more aware of her own inner essence. As a result of becoming more in tune with her spirit, Rav'ahm has grown more intelligent and the link between Lauralae and Rav'ahm is now strong enough to allow them to communicate telepathically with one another.

Justice: Rav'ahm grew horns from his temple, sticking out past his feathers. His talons lengthened and wounds caused by his beak or talons may now be laced with venom. Rav'ahm controls whether or not the wounds he inflicts are venomous.

Living Creatures:
Kelytha the Horse: A dark grey wild stallion Lauralae tamed.

Greater Winged Cat: A greater winged cat cub.

Hatched Dragonet: Urmyria is currently very shy and wary of people other than Lauralae, more comfortable in forests than anywhere else in the world. She is observing Lauralae's quiet nature and learning how to hunt and track, but is being kept well hidden from the rest of the world. She has a wyvern body form, with powerful legs and a pair of wing-like arms. Her tail is abnormally long and whip-like. She is green with red and orange markings, frills, and a pair of soft feathery spines running down her back.
